About Me
At Archie's studio, I specialise in creating pet portraits and wildlife art.
With a passion for animals and nature, I aim to capture the unique beauty of every subject.
I prefer to work with coloured pencils, but often work with mixed media to help create the right effect.
My background and training was in graphic art and signwriting.
I don't try and create photo realism, although I admire those that have the patience to do so, I prefer to make an artistic impression of the subject which is unique to the customer....
